We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Compass Pro for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree to use Compass Pro in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any purchases made through your account.
By enabling location services for GPS Speed features, you grant permission for the app to access your device location. Location data is used solely to provide speed measurement functionality and is not stored or shared.
Important Notice: While we strive for accuracy, Compass Pro is provided for general reference purposes. Do not rely on this app for critical navigation, safety, or professional applications. Measurements may be affected by device calibration, interference, and environmental conditions.
Pro version purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Pro version features are lifetime access and do not require subscription.
All content, features, and functionality of Compass Pro are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Compass Pro is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the application, including but not limited to navigation errors or measurement inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
